VINIFICATION - Traditional free-run process with a previous skin maceration (6 hours), fermented at a controlled temperature of 16/17º C

TASTING NOTES - This wine has a slightly fruity aroma (kiwi and passion fruit) and some vegetable typical from this grape variety. It is well balanced, fresh and with a long and
persistent finish
